Según declaraciones del politólogo, Nicmer Evans, director de Visor 360 Consultores, el IV Congreso del PSUV puso en evidencia de las “claras fracturas dentro del gobierno”.
A su parecer la realidad es que “la conflictividad entre aquellos que están disputando cuotas de poder en una situación muy escasa de recursos, está convirtiendo la polémica interna como una verdadera crisis”.
Para Evans, el hecho de que Maduro lance la Ley de Ilícitos Cambiarios “como una papa caliente a la ANC”, le dice a Diosdado «arréglate con los más extremistas».
Destacó que a lo interno del congreso, el posible aumento del precio de los combustibles se percibía cómo la chispa que podría prender el prado.
Evans advirtió que tras la convocatoria del Censo Nacional de Transporte, se escondería la intención de crear una especie de “CLAP gasolinero” al cobrar la gasolina con el Carnet de la Patria.

Vale recordar que el pasado sábado, durante la instalación del Congreso del PSUV, en el Panteón Nacional, el presidente Nicolás Maduro anunció nuevas medidas energéticas con la finalidad de controlar la situación.
Destacó que que los actuales precios de la gasolina no cubren los costos de producción y alientan el contrabando hacia Colombia y países del Caribe.
“La gasolina, decir que se regala es poco, pagamos por echarla, tenemos que ir a un uso racional y esto va a impactar cambios en todo el transporte automotor”, dijo el mandatario nacional este sábado durante.
Resaltó que debe tener un uso racional, justo y eso va necesariamente a impactar cambios en todo el transporte automotor y el Carnet de la Patria es la respuesta, añadió.
